Hi, I'm Pastor Rane!
So good to have you here.
Like many of you, I thought everything in my life needed to be perfect and without sin before I could be accepted by Jesus Christ and share God's word.
Boy, was I wrong!

​I was born and raised in a small rural town in Pennsylvania to a single mother of six children. Though my mother only had an 8th-grade education, she instilled in us the importance of education, and bringing home anything lower than a "B" was not an option. All five of us boys were very competitive in sports. We all graduated from high school, three of us obtain graduate degrees, and we all had successful careers.​

Our mother passed when I was a junior in college, and though I continued my education and became an educator; the void of my mother began to reshape my life, and not always with making the best decisions. After a short period of playing semi-Pro football, I decided to commit myself to a journey with the Lord under the wings of Pastor Elvina Miller for 12 years. It was the best decision I made and the most important recalculation of direction in my life. I dedicated over 30 years to working in education as a high school Administrator and creating programs to reach the children that are often overlooked in the education system.
At 51 years old, I met a vibrant, funny, and loving woman while we were both back in our hometown visiting. Seven years later, she became my wife and I finally was no longer the lone bachelor I've always been my entire adult life.
